Good Friday @ the Movies

Bring your camp chairs and blankets as we will be celebrating Good Friday by watching the movie, “The Passion” under the stars at John & Amy’s house!
In the event of inclimate weather (rain, snow, sleet or otherwise!), we will watch the movie at the church instead...stay posted!

The Potter’s House Ministries—Dedication Service

Pastor Johnie Akers will be ministering at The Potter’s House Ministries Dedication Service on Friday, April 23rd starting at 7PM!
Also, Linda Gibson Johnson will be ministering in song and Big Creek Youth will be performing as well!
The Potter’s House Ministries are located in the former Walker Branch Holiness Church building in the Darfork section of Hazard.

Vacation Bible School: Egypt

Join us for a Vacation Bible School experience like no other!
At Egypt: Joseph’s Journey from Prison to Palace, kids will experience what it is like to live and work in a dusty, bustling, noisy city along the Nile in ancient Egypt.They’ll join close-knit Egyptian families and become apprentices in numerous Marketplace shops (like the Barbershop & Salon, Brickmakers, Jewelry, Embalmer’s Workshop, and more!). All the while, they’ll meet some interesting characters and hear the hubub about what’s going on in Pharaoh’s palace!
